Refund policy
At There Is No Hack, every product is made to order — printed specifically for you when you place your order. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or colour variation from screen display.
We encourage you to refer to our size guide on each product page before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives with a printing defect, manufacturing fault, or is the wrong item entirely, we will make it right — no questions asked.
To raise a claim, please email us at hello@thereisnohack.com within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
We will offer a free replacement or full refund at our discretion. You do not need to return the item.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this window, production may have already begun. Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@thereisnohack.com.
